Posboom Distillers in Mossel Bay has given me the incredible opportunity to craft my own strawberry moonshine, marking my debut as a young woman of 20 in the alcohol industry. This special edition moonshine is crafted with care, containing approximately 1 kilogram of fresh strawberries per bottle with no added flavors or colorants – only pure authentic fruit *and a little glitter for glam*! Distilled in a traditional copper still, each bottle is handmade, crafted and bottled. Whether enjoyed on the rocks or mixed, this creation reflects my journey and passion for distilling. As I continue to grow in this industry, I hope to share my love for craftmanship while aspiring to build a lasting legacy in the world of spirits.
